STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Beckythetechy.com (hereafter “we” or “us”) is an independent contractor and reserves the right to choose which jobs to take. We will protect your information and not share it with any outside parties unless required by law. All work will be original and will not infringe on the rights of any third parties. We will be responsible for our own taxes and business expenses. Customer will be assigned all intellectual property rights to work created for them by us, but customer will allow us to claim credit for the work done on beckythetechy.com. We will not be responsible for any loss of profits, sales, wages, etc. due to work performed by us.

BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All work will be billed at the end of each month via invoiceninja.com. Hourly rates will be calculated as follows: (number of minutes to complete job / 60 = hourly rate) with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Payment may be paid by cash, check, money order, credit card or PayPal. Customer will be responsible for any bank fees incurred by beckythetechy.com for bad checks. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt, a late charge of $5 per day will be incurred until payment is received. If payment is not received within 90 days of receipt, customer will be summoned to small claims court for the amount due plus any incurred late fees.
